1. Data controller

The company has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. Data protection duties are performed by Dariusz Gołębiowski.

2. Scope

This policy applies to poswojsku.eu and its Polish, English and German language versions.

3. Technical data and logs

The server may automatically record the IP address, date and time, requested resource, response code, browser type and error information. These data are used for security, diagnostics and maintenance based on the controller’s legitimate interest.

4. Email contact

When you contact us by email, we process the data contained in the message, including your email address, name, organisation details and correspondence. The data are used to answer enquiries, take pre-contractual steps, perform a contract and protect legal claims.

5. Free downloads

Files, including Chronicle 0, may be downloaded without registration. A download may be recorded in technical server logs. Logs are not used for profiling.

6. External distributors

The website links to Google Play Books, Ebookpoint and other external services. Their own privacy notices and terms apply after you leave poswojsku.eu.

7. Recipients

Data may be processed by hosting and email providers, IT, accounting or legal service providers, and public authorities where required by law.

8. Retention

• correspondence — for the time needed to handle the matter and protect claims;
• contract and accounting data — for periods required by law and limitation rules;
• logs — for a period justified by security, diagnostics and hosting settings.

9. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

10. Profiling and transfers outside the EEA

We do not profile visitors or make automated decisions. We do not ordinarily transfer visitor data outside the EEA. Where a technology provider does so, an appropriate GDPR transfer mechanism is used.

11. Changes

This policy may be updated following legal, technical, organisational or service-provider changes.
