1. Service provider

2. Electronic services
The website provides free access to content, language switching, specified downloads, email contact and links to external distributors.
3. Technical requirements
You need an internet-connected device and a current browser supporting HTML5, CSS and JavaScript. Email access is required for contact.
4. Acceptable use
You must use the website lawfully and fairly. Attempts to disrupt the website, circumvent safeguards, perform abusive automated downloads or infringe copyright are prohibited.
5. Copyright
Texts, names, world descriptions, graphics, covers, comics and free materials are protected by copyright unless another licence is expressly stated. “Free” means free of charge, not permission to sell, republish, remove attribution or claim authorship.
6. External sales
Publication purchases take place on external platforms. The sales contract is concluded with the operator of the selected platform under its terms.
7. Availability and liability
We take reasonable steps to keep the website available, but access may be temporarily limited due to maintenance, updates, failures or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Complaints
Complaints about the website may be sent to biuro@poswojsku.pl with a description of the problem and contact details. We aim to respond without undue delay, normally within 14 days.
9. Changes
These terms may be amended for legal, technical or organisational reasons. The current version is published on the website.
